done after having a rest day yesterday (definitely felt the skip day)

plus I had the most amazing veggie wrap :D

Halfway through level 1 and a 2km walk (would do anything not to study)

Done. Still a bit sore, but a lot better. I need to buy heavier weights though :/

done and dusted. It felt gooooood! Definitely not struggling as much with the lunges in circuit 2 and I didn’t have to take any breaks!

I forgot how much harder this is when your body is still sore from the previous day. my bad.

(atleast my headache is gone now)

Reeeeeaaaaally don’t feel like doing 30ds today, but can’t think of a reason not to (plus it can only make me thinner) sooooo…
